Windsor Commons is a mixed-income community providing top-notch residences and amenity spaces. Along with market-rate rents, a portion of our well-appointed living spaces are reserved at economical rental rates for households earning 60% of median household income. To qualify for our income-based Austin apartment homes, all applicants need to meet the standard rental qualifications, and combined gross annual income cannot exceed the income limits of the 60% median family income limits per the respective number of person(s) living in the home. Do You Qualify?

To begin the application, please be prepared to present the following documents:

  • Complete an application for every household member 18 years of age and older

Income verification items to include but not limited to:

  • 2 months’ worth of consecutive paystubs within the last 90 days.
  • Bank Statements
  • Tax Returns
  • Other potential income- SSI, Child Support, Cash Gifts, etc.

Additional documents may be required depending on each person’s individual income and assets.
