Windsor Commons is a mixed-income community providing top-notch residences and amenity spaces. Along with market-rate rents, a portion of our well-appointed living spaces are reserved at economical rental rates for households earning 60% of median household income. To qualify for our apartment homes, all applicants need to meet the standard rental qualifications, and combined gross annual income cannot exceed the income limits of the 60% median family income limits per the respective number of person(s) living in the home. Applicant’s gross annual income may not exceed the following limits:
- 1-person home may earn no more than $52,920 annually
- 2-person home may earn no more than $60,480 annually

To begin the application, please be prepared to present the following documents:
- Complete an application for every household member 18 years of age and older
- Income verification items to include but not limited to-
- 2 months’ worth of consecutive paystubs within the last 90 days.
- Bank Statements
- Tax Returns
- Other potential income- SSI, Child Support, Cash Gifts, etc.
Additional documents may be required depending on each person’s individual income and assets.
